On Thursday, Flipboard officially announced that they will finally launch the application for Android devices. The version, expected to be available for users on Friday, has been available for beta testers for close to a month now. When I was covering WWDC two weeks ago, I saw all of these amazing features being thrown out to the audience at the convention center. However, one thing that always came to my mind was how all of these features would be compatible on systems like iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. There are new reports that Apple could be getting rid of the Google aspect of Maps on iPhone.
