As of yet, your best bet in terms of a well developed office application would be the iWork for iOS series. Android has a good selection, but the quality isn't guaranteed. iWork includes Keynote, which is Apple's answer to PowerPoint, Pages, the Microsoft Word equivalent, and Numbers, your one stop shop for creating graph based presentations. However, how would it be to have Microsoft Office officially available for iOS and Android. That is a huge possibility if current reports are correct.
