To say that I'm excited about tomorrow's announcement would be a bit of an understatement. I have my Apple hoodie from The Company Store ready to be worn tomorrow, on what The Wall Street Journal calls "Apple Day". However, what is all of the excitement all about. Yes, there's a new iPhone to be announced, we have known that for months now, however, what else does Apple have under their sleeves this time around. Where is OS X Mountain Lion Stored on Hard Drive? Where does the Mac App Store download Mountain Lion? There's a lot of confusion related to where OS X Mountain Lion is stored on your Hard Drive after it is downloaded from the Mac App Store. The Mac App Store treats the OS X Mountain Lion Installer as a Application. Therefore, you can always find it in your Applications file. But it's not there! Over the weekend, a lot of updates have occurred in terms of the revamped iCloud post-Mobile Me and finally a rumored date for Mountain Lion's release. First off, with iCloud, we have updates about iCloud now allowing @icloud.com emails. For developers who have iOS 6.3 Beta, you should be able to create an iCloud.com email that works as well with your @me.com email. For example, if you have the email AppleFreak@Me.com, you will automatically also receive mail from AppleFreak@iCloud.com. In today's WWDC Keynote, Apple has featured some great new features OS X Mountain Lion will have when it is released in July! There are so many features that are included in Mac OS Mountain Lion. The new OS is one that merges many of the best features found in iOS. This includes the addition of Notification Center and Messages for Mac (a version of iMessage for the desktop). In addition, Mac OS X Mountain Lion also includes added sharing features, including Twitter support. As well as notes and security features.
