Everyone benefits from apps based on their lifestyle or career. There are finance apps for those who want more control of their budgets. There are dieting apps for those who want to watch their weight. There are even educational apps designed especially for teachers.
Just like regular, everyday people, members of the US Navy also have their own apps that are extremely beneficial, educational or entertaining. If you are a member of the Air Force, the following are four great apps that you need to download.
1. Navy Federal Credit Union
Having access to your finances is extremely important, and members...
We are finally nearing the time when the new iPhone will be released. This is one of the new iPhone devices to have a fall release. The only other iPhone to do this is iPhone 4S. This changes what we are normally used to, which is a summer June/July release of the past. Since we didn't hear anything about the iPhone at WWDC, this has made iPhone rumors go more rampant since then. However, there a few factors of the new iPhone that we know now that may not entice many new adopters as much as with the iPhone 4S, and even the 4. Today we will take a look at what we are a bit certain about seeing,...
Mountain Lion was released on Wednesday through the App Store. The software, which was highly anticipated for months now, has been reviewed downloaded and dissected. While we were disappointed in the fact that Mountain Lion wasn't as great as we had thought, in the end we did not see it as bad software anyway. One thing about Mountain Lion that we really enjoyed was how integrated iOS apps were. It was obvious how Apple felt it was important to incorporate many of these apps into Mountain lion. So today we'll take a look at Mountain lion, we will see how the downloading experience was, how the user...
Apple released the very popular Smart Cover, side by side with the iPad 2. Being a wonderful accessory to keep your iPad 2's beautiful screen protected - the Smart Cover undoubtedly became one of the most popular accessories for the iPad 2.
Fast forward to the New iPad (often incorrectly called the iPad 3) and the Smart Cover's legitimacy as a top iPad accessory was still second to few others. The Leather and Polyurethane iPad display covers definitely complimented the iPad well.
Then came WWDC 2012. While not nearly as exciting to the likes of Mountain Lion or the Retina MacBook Pro - the iPad...
On Thursday, Flipboard officially announced that they will finally launch the application for Android devices. The version, expected to be available for users on Friday, has been available for beta testers for close to a month now. In more news on Flipboard expansion, the application will also become available out of the box for Samsung Galaxy S III users. In addition, Flipboard will be available in app stores for all Android devices. That means you can enjoy the app on everything from your Kindle Fire to your Galaxy S III, and even your Nook. This news comes as Flipboard approaches their two year...
The iPad 3 is finally here. However, there's one thing about that sentence that is a bit of a lie. The iPad 3 isn't the device that is here, Apple didn't name the new iPad such, but the new iPad is simply known as iPad. There are no numbers, nothing about HD, the new iPad is simply called iPad. Is Apple taking the distinctive route usually taken by celebrities and actors with one name, trying to make a statement, or could Apple just simply not think of a name better than just iPad. We probably won't know, but iPad is now the name and the features that it holds are pretty nice. Let's take a look...
iOS has been released earlier today and comes with many rocking new features, such as Wireless Syncing, Reminders, iMessage, Notification Centre and more. As well as including many new features, this OS seems to be a lot faster than iOS 4.
We strongly recommend that you upgrade to iOS 5, it's easy, and it's free. Simply connect your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad to iTunes and follow the prompts.
In the days to come, we'll review iOS 5, so keep your eyes peeled.
Our world was blessed on February 24, 1955, when Steve Jobs entered the world.
Steve Jobs is the Chairman of the Board of Apple, which he co-founded in 1976. Thanks to the hard work, determination and perseverance of Steve, Apple is the leader in technology, from the revolutionary iPhone, App Store, iPod, iPad, iTunes, Mac and more.
Not only was Steve a creative genius, he was also an incredible person. Every time an Apple unveiling occurred, Steve was there, turtle neck, jeans and sneakers, gleaming at every person in the room with sheer gratitude. Steve aimed for the stars, and that's...

Just a few hours ago, Apple held it's special event for the iPhone range. Although it was quite weird not having Steve Jobs address the crowd, Tim Cook did a nice job.
Today, Apple unveiled it's next generation iPhone, the iPhone 4S. So what's new? What has stayed the same?
The iPhone 4S keeps the thin, glass panel, aluminium banded iPhone 4 design, with the exact same dimensions. We are thinking that all iPhone 4 cases will also fit the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4S also keeps the same great 3.5 inch Retina display, with a whopping 960x640 pixels.
As far as data speeds go, download speed...
